Eyes right toolkit

Occupational Therapist Suzy England provides step-by-step guidance on how to set up and use the Eyes Right Toolkit. It is a simple tool designed to screen near and distant vision and can be used by anybody, but it is particularly useful in community settings.

For any orders that exceed 25, we charge £25 per additional kit to cover the contents and postage. Please note that Thomas Pocklington Trust may contact you for feedback on the Eyes Right Toolkit at a later date.
